Underground Lines & Safe Digging

Before work begins, please tell us about any underground lines or systems on your property that you know about, including irrigation wiring or piping, landscape lighting, pool equipment, outbuildings, or other customer-installed utilities. Texas 811 locates are requested for excavation work as required, but the locate may not identify private or customer-installed lines. Please point out known line routes and provide any available plans or records. If private lines in the work area have not been disclosed or identified, NexLevel Irrigation and Backflow LLC cannot accept responsibility for damage to those undisclosed lines, subject to applicable law. Additional work or repair charges may apply if an undisclosed line is encountered or damaged.
